Scope of support

What is psychological help?

Help is an action taken for the benefit of someone else; something that makes a difficult situation less onerous.

In line with our skills and qualifications, we offer people particularly affected by the effects of the pandemic help in maintaining or regaining their mental balance. We are aware that the current situation can significantly affect our thinking and experiencing emotions, triggering a strong stress response.

 

Therefore, we want to support people who find themselves in a particularly difficult position in regulating their internal processes related to their current experiences.
 

What can we provide?

  • Conversation in conditions of empathy, respect and understanding.

  • Education in dealing with the negative effects of stress.

  • Joint analysis of possible solutions to emerging problems.

Attention!

  • Support provided to one person  is limited to a maximum of 1 session of 30-50 minutes.

  • We have been providing continuous free support since March 16  until September 30, 2020

  • We worked withs ensly.com from February 2021 to January 2022 .

  • The current forms of support are constantly updated and will be available soon on this website.

What can we not do?

Psychotherapy understood as the treatment of existing mental disorders, in other words, difficulties that are permanent and did not arise after the introduction of an epidemic threat.
